November 2015 - Auch in diesem Jahr unterstützte DEININGER CONSULTING den „Round Table“ zum Thema ‚Modern Leadership – The Female Approach‘ der European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. Ziel war es, weiblichen und männlichen High-Potentials eine Diskussionsplattform für Gender Themen zu bieten, in denen sie unterschiedliche Fragestellungen rund um das Thema Frauen/Männer in Führungspositionen beleuchten und neue Ansätze für den erfolgreichen Aufstieg von Frauen in das Top-Management entwickeln können.
 
Die Ergebnisse dieser Round Table Diskussionen sollen unmittelbar in das beschriebene Studienprogramm und in das Executive Programm für weibliche Führungskräfte einfließen.
 
Unter der Moderation von Sina Mainitz (ZDF) gaben hochkarätige Referenten aus Wirtschaft, und Wissenschaft ein Bild der aktuellen Anforderungen. Auf welche Art und Weise reagieren Unternehmen und was leiten sie daraus für Strategien ab? Sind Frauen in punkto Managementanforderungen bereits im Vorteil? Wie können Universitäten die veränderten Anforderungen an die Führungskräfte von morgen in ihr Ausbildungskonzept integrieren?
