November 2016 - Auch 2016 unterstützte DEININGER CONSULTING die Veranstaltungsreihe zu  Leadership-Themen der European Business School (EBS). Die gemeinsame Veranstaltung „Digital Leadership“ am 23.11.2016 auf dem EBS Schlosscampus war hervorragend besucht und ein großer Erfolg.
Mirja Linke moderierte die Veranstaltung und führte durch den Nachmittag. Es wurde analysiert und diskutiert, welche Kompetenzen Manager in einer digitalen Welt besitzen müssen und welche Anforderungen an ihre Führung gestellt werden. Hierzu konnte eine Reihe hochkarätiger Referenten/Referentinnen und Diskussionsteilnehmer gewonnen werden. Dabei u. a. Thomas Radke (CEO, Leifheit AG) und Heidi Stopper (gefragte Topmanagementberaterin und ehemalige Personalvorständin der ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE ).
Den spannenden Abschluss bildete die Key Note Speech von Anders Indset (bekannter Zukunftsforscher und Business Philosopher) zum Thema „Leading people in a digital world“.
Auf Einladung von DEININGER klang der inspirierende Nachmittag  bei Rheingau Wein und kulinarischen Kleinigkeiten im Gewölbekeller der EBS aus.
