Kai Deininger completed bank training before graduating from the Northwestern University, Chicago and joining Compaq Computer Corp in autumn 1995, initially in Houston and later in Singapore and Munich.

He joined Jobline International in 2000 and mid-2001 the company was taken over by Monster, the largest online job exchange worldwide. In 2002 he was appointed General Manager of Monster activities in the German-speaking region. One special project was the acquisition and subsequent integration of jobpilot GmbH. Mid-2004 Kai Deininger was appointed Manager of Marketing, Public Affairs, Communication and Alliances for Monster Europe. He left Monster mid-2007 and has since managed select projects for prestigious international companies such as Hewlett Packard EMEA, MFG.com, International SOS, Experteer and LinkedIn.

His passion lies in linking real recruitment processes with the emotional elements of an employer brand and the optimization of systems and structures in HR and recruitment.
